U.S. Domestic Transfers (Information required for vendors with bank accounts in the U.S.)
- Recipient name & address
- Recipient bank’s routing number
- Recipient account number
International Transfer (Information required for vendors with bank accounts outside the U.S.)
- Recipient name, physical address and country
- Recipient account number or IBAN where applicable
- Recipient bank’s SWIFT/BIC code or National ID
- Currency of recipient’s account (foreign currency or U.S. dollars)
- Purpose of transfer
If you have an intermediary bank, provide details as well.
Transfer Fees
Please note that these fees will apply for all payments to vendors. Vendors bear the cost of ALL transfers. Read carefully.
Domestic fees:
- Bank of America to Bank of America – Free
- Same day domestic transfers within the U.S. to Non- Bank of America Accounts – $30
- Next day domestic transfers within the U.S. to Non- Bank of America Accounts – $10
- 3-day domestic transfer within the U.S. to Non- Bank of America Accounts- $3
International Fees:
- International transfer – $45 (1 – 2days)
- 7-day international transfer – $10 – $15 approximately (Highly recommended)
- International transfer in vendor’s local currency – Free ($0). For example, if a vendor based in Nigeria will prefer payments remitted into their Nigeria Naira account, no transfer fees will apply, but if the vendor prefers U.S. dollar payment in their Nigeria U.S. dollar account, fees will apply. Exchange rates are determined by banks.
